The driver of the van then backed up and ran over the victim before leaving the area.

We all know here that transportation is a big issue in the Bay Area. To see that backed up year after year after year only reinforces the importance.

I saw the van chasing one particular cow, striking it in the back. The cow fell. He backed off, and then re-hit the cow again. One cow, the brown cow, that he hit was limping. He backed off, she got up and then he hit her again. And then he backed off and she was having a hard time to walk. Then he ran to the other side and hit the other cows.

[The car] was leaving the box as we were on the right side. He actually ran over the back of my leg like what happened to Josh. I was fortunate that it didn't do any damage.

Right now folks are having difficulty leaving the (flooded) area.

At about 6:30 this morning, we got reports from citizens in the area that there was a green van and a white car chasing each other up and down Central Avenue shooting at each other.
