The Duke of Edinburgh has perfected the art of saying hello and goodbye in the same handshake.

He's got a lot of decisions to make, a lot of things to think out and, of course, saying goodbye to his teammates that he's been with because this is a good group of seniors. They've been through a lot together.

Rather than saying, 'Sorry you can't donate, goodbye,' (we can say) 'we may have this other option'.
