The endorsement is important, and it's a leg up, but it's not a deal killer. If one or the other does not get it, I suspect both will stay in the race.

I'd sit back in amazement of, one, him not having a leg, and two, the stuff he was doing without a leg. I'd never let him see me get emotional about it. Inspiration is not the word. It goes so far beyond that. I would see him put hours in the weight room and I would be there helping him. To see that desire in his face, in his eyes, he wanted to finish on his terms.

If AT&T's stock drifts lower, it is a factor, but not a deal killer. These stocks have really jumped in terms of where they were.

A lot of times you can end up playing on one leg and hopping around out there until you get confident. You can always tell yourself it's good, but your body doesn't let you go full-tilt at first. You've got to get hit on it or you've got to get used to being out there again.
