The European's submitted proposals regarding the nuclear case is not acceptable for Iran,

Indefinite suspension of nuclear enrichment activities is not acceptable to the Islamic Republic of Iran ... and it is not a subject of the talks.

We regard the European proposals as an initial and not the final proposal.

They are doing everything to avoid referral to the council. Iran is not strong enough to withstand sanctions,

Preliminary conditions need to be set first and this has not been done yet. Iran is in no rush for these conditions to be set because we were from the beginning pessimistic about U.S. needs.

We welcome the trial of Saddam, but the invasion of Iran should be included in the charges,
