The event grew like an acorn into a giant oak tree in one year. The dedication of the volunteers who hold this event is beyond any adjectives that could describe it.

And we're still about two months away from the tournament.

I did not know he (Hagen) was known as Hamburger. We could write a book about all the people who have fished the St. Jude Bass Classic that are no longer with us.

But despite that, Mayor Campbell, through a tremendous amount of skill and dedication and heart, has been able to maintain quality city services for the people of Cleveland, ... I know, I live in Cleveland, and I can tell you we're proud of the fact she's been able to keep city services up during this very difficult period.

Our spirits are really high, and our dedication is even higher.
