The extra weight that those guys have, that doesn't help 'em. In my opinion, it just doesn't.

I think you can do a little more in your package with a guy like Brett, but as far as Aaron, if it is him, we just go with what his strengths are and go with it. Whatever way (Favre) decides to go, he goes. I'd love to have him back, but . . . if it's Aaron's turn, then it becomes Aaron's turn.

There's going to be a point where your personality comes through. What ours is going to be, it'll show pretty quick.

I don't know if the age really has anything to do with how successful a staff will be. I don't think it's going to be any problem at all, the age. In fact, I think it's going to be a real positive because it's going to be some thing where they give a lot of energy out on the field.

I'm proud to be back here, it's great. I can't tell you how (strongly) I feel about that.

I do have an advantage because I've been here before. I know these guys, and they know me. I feel real positive about that and the relationship I'll have with those guys.
