The FHSAA sanctioned bowling as a competitive sport in the fall of 2003 and we are currently in our second year.

However, four of my boys practiced all summer and the difference was telling at the beginning of this year.

Peter Han is my best bowler. But this isn't just about competition. Some of these teens, for one reason or another, have never had the chance to be in athletics. Last year, one of our boys couldn't even walk straight down the approach. His improvement this year is amazing. Another boy from England has built his confidence up tremendously, just because of bowling.

She came in this year and was immediately respected. She's done a great job.

I believe in lieu of the Katrina situation last week it is even more important that we are prepared and we practice in case a real situation occurs,

The faculty will be a little more relaxed this semester, because we know that problems are inevitable.
