The family is aware of the fund and very grateful. They're a little overwhelmed at this point. Once they get a chance to get everything settled, we'll have a better idea of what their needs will be.

This community is very generous. It's incredible, the amount of support we've seen.

Because of this tragedy and the scope of what happened, it's important to take care of those children, and that's what the neighborhood association is focusing on today and will be focusing on as long as it takes to try and help those children.

I de-stress with my family, just at home pruning roses, cutting, working in the garden.

It's not about me, it's about my family. You don't answer questions for you, but for us. You learn to live beyond yourself.

Family is always first. Even though my kids are older - my son is 25 and my daughter is 21 - I still like to sit down and have dinner with them as much as I can.
