The First Amendment rights, everybody has them.

I want to regain my First Amendment rights.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Thankfully, we live in country, unlike Russia, where we have First Amendment rights.

I try to do that in this book without preaching - to try to do as you just said that you really have to defend the First Amendment rights of everybody.

The First Amendment is very important, but it's not everything.
