The first step is going to be to look into the facts. There are a lot of assertions going around. If there's a basis for a lawsuit ? and it appears right now that there is ? that will likely lead to litigation.

There are some issues farmers didn't like, but they were addressed satisfactorily enough to put this behind them. There's no question this settlement will help the bottom line of farmers, but I wish it was more.

The farmers I've talked to don't find it acceptable at all.

I think people are hoping that Case is not going to collect on that second note.
