The format this time has led North Korea to understand this is more than a bilateral conversation. It's not one voice speaking to the North Koreans. It's a coalition of five all saying the same thing.

This is not the agreement that they signed. We will give them some time to reflect upon what they agreed to.

The conversation went well. As a coach, you always listen. Obviously, it would take a very special situation to leave.

Any time you have a conversation about how you reconfigure districts, those questions are going to be a consideration. In some cases the idea is that consolidation will lead to more fairness. In others it's that smaller districts might mean more local control and better support for student needs.
