The Franklin Institute is throwing me a party and I'm thrilled about it.

It's pathetic. I can't explain it. I don't want to sound like I'm ... moaning but there is massive indifference. It starts with the top at city hall and extends to the cultural institutions.

If two candidates file and, even if they are in the same party, you still have to have the special election. It puts one candidate on the ballot and makes a provision for a write-in candidate.

This party kind of sums him up.
