The fun part really begins now.

We do have flood rules and building (regulations) in place. In every case, will these buildings survive in the future? Probably not.

This is like other several other master plan projects. Phase 1 is determining existing conditions, what the public is envisioning and gaining input from the public.

Every year we've come to California, it's been raining. But we get all our practices in, and it's been fun.

I don't look for anyone to say this is a great novel, although I do think it's a fine, fun read. But what I think is most interesting is that the character of Annie is so clearly a portrait of Brando and that so much of him gets into it.

It's fun to volunteer in something you know something about.
