The game is evolving. If you're not willing to change and make your game more well-rounded, you're going to find yourself on the outside looking in.

I'm not really sure what is going on. I'm challenging guys, but the big thing is fighters just aren't getting the ice time this season.

You see great players making great plays, but you'll see other guys chipping in and becoming known as consummate playoff players and that's better than anything. There's nothing better than that pressure of every play.

I am disappointed to be leaving Tampa Bay, obviously. We won a Cup together and I really enjoyed my time here. But now I want an opportunity to play in the NHL because I know I can prove myself and be an effective player every day.

It's not a zero-sum game.

I was better at both ends, defensively and offensively, ... It was more of a well-rounded game. I want to add to that.
