The goal is that people will leave with a whole series of concrete actions they can take.

If we were zoning from scratch, we would not zone for six-story buildings surrounding a neighborhood.

My hope is that we can do something that over time changes our community. Because I don't see signs we're going to solve our situation out of Washington.

It would have been better before the boom, because buildings are obviously coming down at a pretty good clip.

There are a lot of comfortably integrated neighborhoods.

The people here...Fort Riley, we feel like those guys will just be begging for what we have to offer once we see this. And with the university not too far away it's a tremendous opportunity for us both.
