The government chose to fight their own citizens. This case points to the way the government ran the weapons complex: with complete disregard for the rights of the neighbor.

First, we celebrate. It's the largest verdict I've ever had, so obviously we're very pleased. It's a victory for the people of Colorado.

We learned in 2003 that the federal government was headed towards researching, funding, developing and testing new nuclear weapons. I am the only member of the Utah delegation to oppose those efforts. The intent is clear - research, develop and test new nuclear weapons and each step along the way moves us toward new nuclear weapons testing.

It is clearly evident that our government was aware of the presence of chemical weapons in Iraq since at least 1986.

We do not think they (the British government) are doing enough. All the government would say is that they were not prepared to respond to our legal argument,

I'm a Member of Parliament, I'm a taxpayer and I'm a member of the public, so why can't the Government tell me what it's going to cost to repair a hole in the roof when doing so would help them with the cost of repairing it?
