The government needs to allow domestic banks to learn how to invest overseas.

Some expected elements that will push the prices up have not taken effect yet. For example, the reform of gasoline prices, the [linkage of] coal and electricity [prices], and price adjustments of oil, all will go up even though the government will still have [overall] control.

The government needs to invest in raising digital fluency of its citizenry.

We have to invest in Saskatchewan and . . . listen to Saskatchewan . . . and learn from Saskatchewan.

It's all old. It's all outdated. It needs someone who's prepared to invest.

This government needs to understand it can't protect the homeland on the cheap,
