The Great Florida Shootout called the day we were leaving for Fort Myers to wish us luck and invite us for next season.

Unfortunately, I do know how to come back from injuries. It's no secret. It's just hard work and luck. When you're injured, it's a lot of hard work. There are no shortcuts, no substitutes. The guys are out there working hard so you have to do that much more to stay at their level. And when you do come off the IR, you just try not to embarrass yourself.

Here's a bad luck story for you. On the day the tickets went on sale I had 10 tickets for the Friday and another 10 for the Monday of the final Test selected in the form on my computer screen all ready to be paid for. I then entered my credit card details pressed send - and The Oval's website crashed. I spent the next few hours trying to get back in to the site to no avail. When I finally got in the tickets had all gone - bah!

Every day in Oregon 20 kids start smoking. One-third of them will eventually die of a tobacco-related disease. Most adult smokers started using tobacco before they turned 18, which underscores the significance of this new policy.

The luck we've had has been kind of unexplainable, but this was a good rebound for us.
