This only reinforces the perception that, when it comes to spending, there is not a lot of consideration given to taxpayers,

Is the public more cynical? Yes. There's a perception that we don't bring much to the party.

In the past, the perception that something has a premium price point has led to the demise of the platform, ... You can look at Sega as an example of that. You can look at 3DO as an example. Microsoft is going to be incredibly sensitive to that.

My perception is Northwest would really like to have those [AMFA] employees back because of their skills, ... to try to force enough people to go back to work to break the strike.
