The greenery, new lights, architecture and promising stores will all be a nice upgrade for the community.

We have too many buildings in this town and not enough architecture. There's a real tendency in this community to want everything to look the same. The Strip is allowed to do anything, but once you get off the Strip, there's very little originality.
