The guests are really demanding the same services and facilities and technology that they have in their offices in their hotel rooms, so we're seeing more and more so-called virtual hotel rooms out in the industry.

So far, the response from guests about this technology has been very positive.

From a consumer standpoint, there's an incredible need for these types of properties in that many travelers to the city are priced out of full-service and luxury hotels.

But they've apparently gone back and analyzed the transaction, analyzed what the real synergies and economies would be of the combined company.

What Hilton has done now is a little bit of a surprise in that some statements made earlier by Hilton were that it seemed that the deal was getting too rich for them,
