The immediate economic implications are not good.

Companies are not helpless in fluctuating currencies. But if you listen to these U.S. companies, you only hear about it when the currency situation hurts them, never when it helps them. I'll listen to these excuses when they acknowledge that this stuff cuts both ways.

We recognize that this is a regional resource, and its development has regional implications.

Does that have economic implications? To me, the answer is yes. In a sense, we have to wait for recovery until this group wants to sleep with each other again.

If you're not really having a good time, it's not worth it.
