The important thing is to get oversight in there fast, and make it highly visible.

I don't think we should be ashamed of the North Dakota Lottery. It is a very highly visible, very growth-oriented industry. As the director for the lottery, I don't think I would have a long-term tenure ... if I did not intend to promote sales of lottery tickets.
