The interest is high. The cost of land is going through the roof.

The fact that somebody slipped a couple of lines into the budget is something of a fluke. I don't think the majority of the legislature knows that was in there.

People are upset. The top is blowing off. We need another way to get to work, and the roads we've got aren't going to do it.

We have a project, and we wish to develop the land from our club to the airport. We have interest in the land for trails.

They're restricted on price because they have to supply their land-based stores. It's not in their best interest to undercut prices.

We will probably continue seeing land sell within this trading range. There is more interest now in farmland than last fall.
