The investigation has been concluded. These deaths have no relationship with any governmental issue, [and] they are not related to the elections. It is a personal affair. The policeman is now in custody.

I think the explosions are due to criminal acts but the cases are under investigation. They are not accidents, I think.

It should come as no surprise that career prosecutors are taking issue with the ad hoc way this investigation is proceeding,

There is no settlement. Any discussions that we had with plaintiff's counsel had not been concluded, and the settlement amount set forth in plaintiff's press release bears no relationship whatsoever to the number that had been discussed.

There is no dispute, ... There are two different (governmental) systems. Sometimes there are contradictions between these two systems, but this is not a dispute.
