The January number surprised on the upside, and the February number should be even stronger because of the Chinese New Year factor.

Globalised manufacturing and procurement mean that a lot of high-polluting, heavy duty jobs are transferred to China. We will ask major companies, such as Wal-Mart, Microsoft and IBM to put pressure on their Chinese suppliers.

So probably end of January, early February.

In January, it's always packed. By February, it fades off. I'm trying to keep it going, slow and steady.

Our sales dropped $3,400 in November, $7,600 in December, $10,000 in January, $27,000 in February and $27,000 in March. None of my other locations have seen a drop in business - they are each averaging 2 percent growth.
