The judge is the daughter of the judge that wrongfully convicted Rodney. And, I feel personally, that that was a conflict of interest.

He was convicted on his own statement. There was absolutely no evidence [my client] had anything personally to do with the mention of any bomb and no physical evidence a bomb was about to be constructed.

I've called Takeo and Rodney and left a message, letting them know I feel bad for them,

wrongfully posing for a photograph.

Personally, I don't feel threatened.
