The juvenile system is in the better position to rehabilitate an offender. Why subject him to a system that has nothing to do with rehabilitation, even though it's supposed to?

I believe he understands what's going on.

I do all I can to let my students feel as normal as possible, as far from institutionalized. I see how easy it is to allow this conveyor belt of incarceration bring them from my facility to an adult detention, often for the rest of their lives.

Condemn the offender, not the Religion.

There has been a joint agreement that the best method of prosecuting the case is in the juvenile system.
