In Hollywood, if you have any success, you have this fear: What do you have to do to hang onto it?

We really need to cut down on our own mistakes, use our heads, and start playing with discipline. Our success is predicated off of our defense. When we complete our tackles and capitalize on our opponent's mistakes, our offense benefits.

The secret ... there is really no secret to the Kenyans' success. It's discipline. You have to love what you are doing. It has to come from your heart. You have to like the training ... the running ... the races. Then you do it from the heart.

Discipline is remembering what you want.

Coach (Mike) Noll brought a lot of discipline with him from McHenry (his former coaching position) and has turned things around quicker than many people expected. They have some nice runners and good receivers. It should be a battle.
