The kids are working hard; not a day goes by without them improving. You really can't define it by wins and losses. It's a new system; a new way of doing things. It doesn't reflect in our record, but we're starting to improve.

We emphasized defense. Our defense had been our Achilles' heel. Now that we're better on defense, we've had a lull on our offense. One of these nights we're going to put it together.

He's starting to develop a shot. He's a real athletic kid. He's working his tail off.
