The kids know and they are focused. Every game is do or die. We've just got to play better every game.

We played terribly that weekend. We've always had a solid rivalry with them. The kids have always had a good rivalry with them. We're going to come out to play, for sure. They've played well. They crushed Liberty (Friday), 7-1. The kids know they have to play better than today.

We jumped on them in the first quarter. The kids were very focused. They showed up ready to play.

I couldn't do much as a coach. I just had to let the kids play. The kids did it. Players make coaches look good and we've got some great players. They pulled it out. I'm so proud of my team.

They buried their chances and we didn't. We hit a post, a crossbar, and had a goal called back. Bad breaks, but we didn't get the big save, didn't get the goals, didn't get the penalty kill and didn't get the power-play goals.

You're not going to stay unbeaten forever. That's for sure. But that didn't give them any championships. I'd rather lose one now to that team than lose to them later.
