The kids showed a lot of heart and a lot of fight. This game was a measuring stick. We know we have some talent, but until you play a game like this, you don't really know how to gauge yourself. We're going to be all right.

Another week of work. We're going to work hard during the week. There's some grumbling on Monday and Tuesday when we're pushing them, but tonight was a wonderful example of what hard work does.

He makes a huge difference. He has experience. When he comes out and plays hard, you see big hits and collisions. He accelerates the play of the offense. They do things they're not ready to do. They start playing with one eye on him and one eye on the play.

It was a very physical game. It doesn't bother us to play that way.

Kenny played a little bit of middle school football. He's fairly quick and changes directions pretty well. He has to learn our system.

He'll play this week. He's not 100 percent, but 90 percent of Brian is better than most people at 100.
