The (lack of) notoriety, that's for others to debate. I'm very satisfied with how my career went and I enjoyed the entire trip. I look back with no regrets.

I was ready to move on with my career, and I learned of the Johnston position after I agreed to interview for a position in Nebraska. On the way back, my wife, Donna, and I decided to drive through Johnston to see just how interested we would be in coming here should an opportunity present itself. We immediately liked what we saw.

The great thing about arriving at this age is that I don't even care about my career anymore.
