The last piece of the puzzle is for the auditor and the assessor to send the letter to the state for the elimination of the reassessment levy for next year.

It was a great letter. In all the areas we were audited, and there were several, the auditor stated we were doing everything correctly in complying with state law.

When you work with somebody, either the puzzle piece fits, or it doesn't.

The letter offended me personally, not as a council member, but as a citizen of Warrick County. I interpreted the letter to mean that the more a deputy would make, the better they would protect the citizens of the county.
