The magic hadn't happened and we needed to move on.

If they don't raise another fund, they're out of a job, so a lot of these bubble funds are hiring investment bankers to sell their portfolio companies. There could be a lot of former venture capitalists around in 18 months. It's a by-product of the bubble that took seven years to play out.

These guys are part of the magic of Nashville. When you ask them to give their best to God, this is what you get. It's such a wonderful tapestry. They are just being who they are, telling you how they feel. It's passionate, real, powerful, impactful, fresh. I love it.

Steve is prepared to give them leadership. I truly believe this will make Steve a better player and the Magic a more uniform team.
