The matter is, obviously, not about the figures and amounts ... but about the approaches shown by our (Russian) partners.

We want to develop partnership, friendly and neighborly relations with Russia, but we will never accept blackmail and pressure.

I believe that this will take place this year.

But this does not in any way mean that Ethiopia or the rest of the international community has accepted the sovereignty of Somaliland.

It is our joint decision (with Moldova), and we are not going to reconsider it.

As soon as all formalities have been completed within the country, we could say with certainty that Ukraine will become a WTO member. I believe it will happen this year.
