The military has been making great progress in the last year in regards to adult sexual assault cases with the new reporting options. We really want people to know, whether or not an assault happened yesterday or eight years ago, there are people here to assist with that.

Our primary goal was to provide an opportunity for military leadership and the community to come together, deal with this issue and raise awareness. They need to have a chance to meet each other and work together. You cannot address [these issues] without working collaboratively. These cases just don't happen in a vacuum. They can cross all sorts of lines, into the community, the military, etc.

It is just a roll of the dice. Nobody knows how it is going to turn out, we just have to wait and see.

These things go in cycles, they do at all schools ... and I think West can go up. Gary Johnson did as good of a job as anybody could do in that situation.

The chains of military despotism once fastened upon a nation, ages might pass away before they could be shaken off.

The aim of military training is not just to prepare men for battle, but to make them long for it.
