The more they can talk about their job the better.

We just felt like it would be a personal touch and a connection.

It's just another way for us to have resources for students and families and counselors (and to help them) to make a connection with people in particular careers or colleges. I think any source of information, especially if they can relate it to their own experiences, it really helps out.

My mother's first career was physical therapy, her second was writer, and her third career was president of an organic fertilizer company. And she's driven a tank.

Actors never get to see that aspect of the process, because [directors] always have you go in one at a time at auditions. So it's a great learning tool for them.
