The more you buy into thoughts about your identity, the more you cut yourself off from who you really are.

In the struggle of resistance we react. In the power of non-resistance we respond.

Without mindful awareness, the shadows of your past may haunt your present.

If YOU want to do something and your mind says do it, then do so. If YOU want to do something and your mind says don't, then do so.

When you mind is made up, there's no point trying to change it, but YOU still have a choice.
