The more you feel anger, the less likely you are to put your best effort into the job and the less likely you are to tell an employer that there is a quicker, better way to do your job. These are sins of omission, rather than commission.

A lot of the anger we came across was more the 'sapping of energy' kind rather than an explosion of energy. The question is what are the effects of this accumulating anger over time and how does it lead to outbursts?

What I think is tremendous about her effort is, obviously she got 35 points, but defensively every game we ask her to take the other team's best player or playmaker — the player that makes that team go. So, you're asking a kid to do that at both ends of the court, defensively and offensively. What a gamer! I'm very proud of her.

There has to be some cooperative effort.
