The most commonly used clinical application is drug reference, so far. But it has gone beyond just looking up drugs and dosages and running interaction checks.

This might be the future, but that needs to be developed.

You could improve or make sure the patient gets the right drug, at the right time and at the right dose.

Traditionally, we've given drugs based on patient size – how big they are, how tall they are, how much they weigh. But we've ignored how people metabolize those drugs – once you take them, how you change them.

We're working on compounds to close that door so that drugs can't get out of the cell.

It seems like the drug industries are saying, 'The older drugs are available and they're cheap so we've done our thing.
