The most important thing right now for me is to realize if I don't have my health, I don't have anything. Regardless of how much I love this game, I'm going to make sure I look out for my health. Because this was a scare.

I'm an early guy and a late guy.

It hurts you in your gut. It hurts you all over. There's not very many days that you go through that it's not sticking in your craw. When you line up, when you finish up. You're always thinking about that because you don't want that to happen again.

I know some guys that will do anything to stay here or play here or do whatever. Hey man, be honest with yourself. Because you have to look at yourself in the mirror and say, 'Am I good enough or not good enough?' That's the way it is. I've been a coach long enough to realize the nature of this business and what you have to do. I know a lot of things have happened the past few years. I know the fan base is really upset with the way we've played, and they should be.
