The N.F.L. is ahead of the pack, I do believe that, but there's a lot of buts.

If they had a month [notice before testing] and were taking short-acting [steroids], they may or may not get picked up,

I think it will flush out some I think [the game] will be cleaner for it. But will it be as clean as it might be if they did it properly? No.

If you take more and much more of the recommended dose, ... and many people do, it does raise the testosterone level in the body.
