The new Russian proposal can be studied so that its economic, technical and scientific aspects will be clear.

We are in the process of negotiating on the modalities of this participation.

Iran's right on nuclear fuel, especially enrichment, inside the country has to be guaranteed in any proposal.

In Iran's opinion the Russian proposal can lead to the extension of a peaceful use of nuclear knowledge. The Russian project can break the existing scientific monopoly on nuclear technology.
