When I look back on it now, I am so glad that the one thing that I had in my life was my belief that everything in life is a learning experience, whether it be positive or negative. If you can see it as a learning experience, you can turn any negative into a positive.

One wonderful thing is, we have a totally unique technology. But that's also the bad news. We have to solve problems that no one knew existed. We're constantly being surprised.

This incident so late in the year is somewhat unprecedented, ... We don't quite know where this is going to go, and this danger, even at this end of the summer when the temperatures are cooler, is a danger which is very real.
