The next step is to make sure the student voice doesn't disappear. We want them to realize that marijuana is a safer drug than alcohol.

I think overall society should change and society should reanalyze their position on marijuana. If nothing else, this will spark conversations that marijuana is less harmful than alcohol. The main goal is to bring more attention to this issue.

If our elected officials in Texas want to impose harsh penalties for the use of marijuana, that is their decision, but the university does not have to pile on.

Now we need to proceed to that next step.

It's the next enforcement step and it's never used.
