The numbers can get skewed from month to month based on what happens to sell.

Nothing less than qualifying for the postseason will satisfy us. We have had disappointing endings the past two years when we just missed moving on.

Lack of affordable workforce housing creates quality-of-life issues. The people we want to help are the people who are your neighbors, people who work at the stores, at the coffee shops. They're teachers, nurses, police officers. One of the great thrills of my business is when I hand the keys to a first-time buyer and they walk into the place and it's theirs. I've had people kiss the walls.

The overall trend is that prices have flat-lined in the last three to four months because the (housing) inventory has increased. Supply is up, and demand has been relatively constant.

Each of those players bring skill and experience that should help us this season. We will count on them to give us an edge in play during transition play.
