The only hitch to the cease-fire is that the government says that if the rebels fire on them they will return fire,

not sure that the rebels have been defeated yet.

The real hope was that we could get some cease-fire agreement here,

The docking went without a hitch.

The unilateral cease-fire proposed by the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the government of Serbia is clearly insufficient.
