The other classmates sites seemed more like vehicles to make money for the people who ran them than a service to graduates, so I thought something like this would be good.

BLOCKBUSTER Online does not throttle. When we say our service offers unlimited rentals, we mean it. We don't prioritize our customers' movie fulfillment based on how often they use our service, and we don't limit the number of movies a subscriber receives each month. We want our customers to get the full entertainment value that comes from a subscription plan, whether that's watching 20-plus movies a month or five.

Money has power. And so withholding money has power too, especially when a bunch of people do it together.

Service is now an agenda item. There's a lot of money invested in it. The problem is, companies lack the processes and systems that enable them to manage their service operations and to have visibility and control over whether they make a service call or not. That is a void we are filling.

Finally, service providers are spending enough money on their networks again. So fundamentals are looking up.
