The other is that maybe they are going to be pawns for some leverage in political negotiations. I still have hope that the Taliban have kept them safe for over 100 days now and they will continue to do so,

There is need to maintain a congenial atmosphere for the political negotiations to continue.

The whole leverage thing, it's a difficult thing to gauge,

sort of pawns in the whole operation.

I think it's a way for them to get some leverage and maybe not threaten the county commissioners [who pass the ordinances] but say 'look there's going to be retribution if you pass these county health ordinances.' I think for counties that haven't passed them yet it will give them something else to consider.

The whole leverage thing, it's a difficult thing to gauge. I try not to even look at it like we have leverage because I want Tyson to be back here. That's truly been the thing that I've been thinking about.
